MultiMind is looking for an eCommerce Support & Sales Coordinator for our client, a large international tech company, for a full-time, long-term consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible.

About the role The eCommerce Support & Sales Coordinator is part of the Nordic eCommerce team and has a key role in securing a qualitative ecommerce fulfilment and customer support in the Nordics. The main responsibility of the person is to be the key contact point to the call center; securing orders are completed as desired, both from a customer and business process perspective.
Tasks Main contact for call center enquiries, act as their intermediary to all involved stakeholders within the company as well as external partners (customer service, logistics, finance, legal and vendors within these areas).
Work pro-actively in identifying problems related to order fulfilment and pinpoint appropriate solution.
Responsible to secure that identified solutions are executed, by closely following up and liaise with involved parties.
Support administrative tasks and coordination of activities within ecommerce business, related to both customer support, operations, product management, content creation and budget.
The profile Being serviceminded, positive, solution-oriented, independent, detail-oriented and eager to learn is key for this role. We are looking for a doer, who takes ownership, and follows queries from start to finish. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:
Experience of working in a coordinating role in within a larger company
University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience from working hands-on in business systems related to customer service, order management and/or an ERP system is highly meritorious.
