Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible for buying strategy and execution
Manage online inventory levels and sell through to ensure we have the stock to do the projected planned volume
Responsible for Global markets content strategy and calendar across the site for home / landing pages, campaigns, keeping the company's goals in mind
Oversee product set up and product life cycles, in conjunction with the Global Marketing team, logistics and Platform team
Ensure product detail information accuracy, including copywriting, image selection, and pricing
Ensure website is merchandised correctly with appropriate presentation of all category and product pages
Maintain updated visitor strategy to ensure traffic to the site is strategically balanced
Give input on, and maintain, ecommerce P&L. Responsible for delivering programs on time and within budget programs, without undercutting prices.
Responsible for sales forecasting, budget and management of KPIs
Daily cross functional communication with global ecommerce team members and other sales departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
Collaborate with local team members to increase visibility, share valuable data and create common goals
Provide analysis & reporting on weekly, monthly and year basis and be able to provide recommendations to improve onsite results and increase site visibility
Review and act on touch points to identify opportunities for sales growth - including best sellers,category traffic, top product views, abandonment etc.
Staff responsibility for Campaign Manager and Visual Merchandisers
