You possess a deep knowledge in eCommerce and have a strong business focus. We believe you have excellent communication skills and are an experienced project leader, who prefer to work in close cooperation with different stakeholders.

About the job
As an eCommerce Manager you will oversee the online sales and be responsible for the image of the company on the web. You will work closely with a team of software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website. Your primary stakeholders will be Business Units, Sales companies and partners. Alfa Laval has an eCommerce tool, called Anytime, this tool is mainly targeting Partners and Key accounts.
Duties of the eCommerce manager:
* Responsible for all online activities in Anytime
* Create and maintain an online business plan for Anytime, including growing the geographical footprint
* Be up-dated on trends and secure the evolution of insight and provide analytic reports of online sales.
* Manage Global roll out initiatives
* Manage the governance organization
* Overall responsible for the IT budget
As eCommerce manager you will report to the Head of On-Line sales, the role is placed at our headquarter in Lund.
What you know
You have built a professional understanding for business processes and how to meet identified on-line business opportunities. You are expected to efficiently handle complex scenarios, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, implement and act in a global environment together with many stakeholders. We believe you have worked with eCommerce preferably in a B2B landscape with Partners/dealers/Distributors as main actors. You have an understanding of web design and web analytic software. As a person you are both future oriented and pragmatic - and a natural leader with experience from managing a team of people i.e. IT-project, roll out projects or customer engagement activities.
