Multimind is now looking for a digital marketer with experience in eCommerce. This is initialy a consultancy assignment for one year with the ambition to present a permanent position within the organisation. Our client if one of the most well-knowned brands in home electronics in the world, based in beautiful offices in Kista, north of Stockholm city.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB SCOPE:
Decrease friction in customer journey by working pro-actively with optimization and development of the customer touchpoints Support internal and external stakeholders on operational inquiries Collect data, analyze and deliver reports within each area to follow up on operational performance Work closely with customer support in keeping an updated knowledge base and optimized handling of customer inquiries. Heavily involved in platform development to support the eCommerce strategy Coordinate development projects related to ecommerce operations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Academic background or other higher education is required with degree preferably in marketing
EXPERIENCE:
At least 1-3 years' experience of working with E-commerce and online sales in a coordinating role At least 1 year's on-hands experience from working with a CMS or ecommerce system, preferably Hybris and SAP knowledge. Experience from working with Omniture and Google Analytics is strongly preferred Experience from working in a cross country organisation (i.e. Nordic function)
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge and understanding of the online purchase funnel and consumer touchpoints, including underlying processes within i.e. Logistics Easily see the full picture, identify the cause effect relationship and a possible solution, or need for optimization Expert in handling many different tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing based on business value Easily coordinates projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable with working both proactively and reactively with a strong service mindset Analytical and data driven mindset Forecasting skills and experience MS office (excel, ppt, word) Fluency in English and Swedish
