We are now looking for an E-Commerce Category Manager to join the central E-Commerce team in Europe. This team's core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As E-Commerce Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing our category management from an E-Commerce perspective and support the local teams with how to optimize each category online to drive sales. Hence, you will have a cross-market responsibility and support the local teams in their work with ranging and pricing to drive growth and revenue in the D2C E-Commerce channel.
You will as E-Commerce Category Manager, reporting to the D2C E-Commerce Director, make sure we drive profitable growth across multiple web shops for all of Business Area Europe.
Furthermore, you will be:
Identifying category insights that will change the buyer behavior and drive growth, including marketing and SEO activities relevant for each category
Collaborating with central and local sales, marketing, supply chain and product line to maximize the impact each category has on consumers in the direct channel
Developing understanding of the local commercial environment and the opportunities for each category
Supporting the local markets on pricing and ranging topics and communicate insights and learnings cross-market
Accountable for profitability, campaign performance and stock availability on SKU level, together with central ecommerce team and stakeholders in other functions

Influential. You have strong leadership capability that can envision the future development of the E-Commerce channel and that can deliver that vision.
Minimum experience
A bachelor/master degree in relevant field
6~8 years relevant work experience and a track record within E-Commerce with preferably category experience
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools
Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
