We offer you We offer a comprehensive role where you are given the opportunity to be responsible for the development and operation of Newbies e-commerce with the aim of increasing sales in current markets and ensuring high customer value and satisfied customers. You analyse and act on customers' buying and visiting patterns and adapt development and communication based on customer feedback. You will work in a tight team where you work together to exceed the customer's expectations in all channels within our area (e.g. e-commerce, EDM, marketing).
Our Ecom Sales Responsible is going on parental leave, and we are looking for a substitute who will maintain a high rate of development and ensure satisfied customers in UK and in EU. This is a fantastic opportunity for you who love customers, e-commerce and marketing and enjoy taking personal responsibility.
Your profile We are seeking you who have post-secondary education and have extensive work experience of digital marketing and/or digital business development. We also see that you have experience working with CMS tools and conversions increasing actions on an e-commerce site. In order to succeed in the role, it is a prerequisite that you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
You are a proactive and goal-oriented person who is driven by good sales results. You have analytical skills and are used to using data to make decisions. Furthermore, you are a person who is passionate about the customer and finding opportunities for improvement. That you are a team player who appreciates many contact surfaces is a prerequisite for this position. Sometimes it is fast-paced with us and it is important that you feel comfortable in an organization in constant development.
