We are looking for an Eco-toxicologist to Stenungsund. In this role you will be part of the Toxicology and Environmental Expertise team within our Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs organization. You will belong to a global team with customers and stakeholders around the world. In the role you will be an expert in the field of ecotoxicology and provide internal support to the Product Regulatory Specialists, the Business Segments, the Sites and RD&I.
Main responsibilities
• Contribute with specialist competence for eco toxicological tests and environmental risk assessments in accordance with REACH and other legislations.
• Act as environmental specialist and provide expert advice and interpretations in communications and discussions with authorities.
• Responsible for defining data gaps according to REACH and other regulatory demands and administrate the generation of new data within the ecotox and environmental area.
• Responsible for the environmental part of the chemical risk assessment for substances to be registered according to REACH.

• PhD or Master degree within ecotoxicology or environmental science
• 5 years of experience in ecotoxicology, risk assessment of chemicals and/or regulatory work
• Excellent communication skills in English and desirable in Swedish
