About the position:

Our client is seeking an Account Manager responsible for generating leads and helping them grow. Someone that can contribute to there growth by acquiring new customers both in Sweden and new markets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, be a good negotiator and have excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an internal sales role is an advantage. Training and support is provided.
Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect and grow accounts.
• Expand business with existing customers.
• Up-sell professional services, new product releases, etc.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of our clients products.
• Generate/qualify/close sales opportunities.
• Build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed sales quota.
• Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each account within assigned portfolio.
• Have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources including consulting, delivery and pre-sales tech.
• You will use both Swedish and English both orally and in writing.

• Have a Degree in a related business area.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
• Understand sales process and dynamics.
• Are self-Confident and have a motivation for Sales.
• Have skills in prospecting, negotiation and presentation.
• Have an ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Are able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Are proactive and organized.
• Are driven and result-oriented.
• Have an interest in environmental matters and the IT sector.
• Have an understanding of the Sweden market.
• Have a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Have experience with computers for a variety of tasks.
• Have basic IT Product Knowledge.
