hela Sverige The primary mission of the eBusiness manager is to develop and maintain the Portal solution, Extranet and eBusiness solutions. You will focus on improving customer experience through their membership in Buses Customer Portal. This is a global role and you will report to the Director of Global Marketing.
Main responsibilities
• Participate in position VBC as an e-driven company.
• Implement eBusiness solutions in order to achieve a fast, easy and accurate business environment.
• Drive implementation of Volvo Buses Extranet channels.
• Target and follow up goals and activitites within the function.
• Manage eBusiness related contract review before closing contracts e.g. VIT SLA.
• Represent VBC in related forums.

Required Education and experience
• Business or technical education at university level.
• A broad general business knowledge.
• Experience from eBusiness and Extranets.
• Insight into commercial vehicle market, preferrably Volvo experience.
• Understanding of customers internal business processes and systems.
• Understanding of IT related issues.
• Experience from working in projects and working effectively in teams.
• Fluent in English - any additional language is considered a merit.
