EARTH WORK SUPERINTENDENT
O&G Consulting AB is accepting applications for Earthworks Superintendents for international Work.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Earthworks Superintendent must lead the daily operations on large scale earthworks projects. Projects may be up to 50 personnel. The Earthworks Superintendent has frequent contact with clients, client agents, and professional and technical support personnel.
Job Description
Accomplish the work site in the safest and most efficient routine, working cohesively with the safety team to ensure worksite safety and health is never compromised.
Provide overall construction management oversight including budget and schedule in conjunction with the construction managers, subcontractors and clients.
Plan and implement agendas, define manpower levels, material quantities and ensure equipment and manpower is available as required.
Support project team to ensure progress and development.
Review and agree general foreman/foreman daily reports
Experience and Requirements:
5 years industrial knowledge with a minimum of one(1) year as a superintendent in heavy construction
Train the trainer and other supervisory training is considered an asset
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Explorer Management Systems would be an asset and Primavera
