Would you like to be part of D&E Packaging Material's Quality and World Class Performance?
Early Management Master Pillar is a technical team within Quality and World Class Performance that provides competence around TPM's Early Management methodologies for packaging materials in both Development & Engineering and Supply Chain Operations teams and how to guarantee their performances. We are now looking for an Early Management Engineer to deploy and support this area of knowledge to meet increased product needs.
You will be responsible for deploying the Early Management methods and tools and you'll be part of the Early Management master pillar team. You will be based in Lund, Sweden, and the position involves approximately 35 days of travel per year to some of our factories, suppliers and development centres.
Main responsibilities
• Deploy EM methods and secure implementation
• Drive related KPI fulfilment and corrective actions
• Implement EM method in Packaging Materials development and life-cycle
• Support D&E Early Man master pillar activities
• Deploy and maintain the Problem Solving tools used in EM
• Participate in selected EM projects
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-22KvalifikationerA successful candidate has an Engineering degree, or equivalent, and work experience in Early Management and Maintenance. You have experience in production of web-based materials, flexible packaging or packaging. Furthermore you have basic knowledge on statistic and problem solving tools and experience in supporting Production and Quality.
You have good personal drive and goal orientation as well as ability to support change management. An analytical thinking and problem solving is your successful work style. You are a true team player and contribute to a good working climate. You possess excellent communication and networking skills and are fluently in English, both oral and written.
