The Business Excellence & Common Functions (BE&CF) is a global organization including several functions; Business Excellence, IT, Real Estate, Shared Services, summing up to about 4000 employees. The ambition to drive ONE global Ericsson, enable successful strategy execution and operational efficiency.
The BE&CF Strategic Business Analytics unit is looking for a talent that is passionate about business analysis, problem solving and project management, to join the Early Career Program. We expect you to be able to apply strategic thinking, business rationale and structure, working with key strategic projects, both within BE&CF and across Ericsson. You will gain experience from top business challenges in an international environment, as well as being part of shaping the newly formed Functional Area Business Excellence. There are great opportunities to create value for Ericsson.

Qualifications
To join the Ericsson Early Career Program you require:
• An analytical mindset and structured way of working
• An ability to drive projects in a cross functional and international environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The drive to create true business value
• An excellent academic background with a masters degree or similar in business and/or engineering
• Experience from management consulting, strategy development or business analysis is considered a merit
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant areas
