About this opportunity
Do you have a passion for developing early career talent and shaping the workforce of the future? This is an exciting opportunity to deliver on the talent development strategy for Group Function Global Operations (GFGO) and build new solutions that will create a strong pipeline of next generation talent.

We seek a highly skilled and driven individual to lead the development of a new postgraduate program within Global Operations. You will be responsible for building the program, handling the rotation opportunities, and creating a truly outstanding employee experience. You will establish an early careers' community that will enable graduates to connect with our culture and build a strong network within Ericsson. You will also lead the implementation of the new Advisory Board that will work directly with the GFGO Leadership Team on key initiatives.

What you will do
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify the key competencies and skills required for each rotation and ensure they support the overall program objectives.
Develop and implement an effective communication plan to promote the program and attract top talent.
Create and advertise job ads to attract candidates and work with stakeholder units to agree headcount, rotations, mentorship, and post-program support.
Work closely with the People team to ensure program participants receive ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship.
Build the GFGO graduate community, including regular engagement sessions to gather feedback and make ongoing improvements to the program.
Design and implement the Advisory Board for graduates, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles and have the required support.
Develop and lead a meticulous selection process for program participants, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria.
Assemble a working group of volunteers from across the units to drive the program's success and ensure a great employee experience.
Liaise with the employee engagement team internally and roll out any new initiatives to ensure that the program aligns with the organization's overall employee engagement strategy.
Supervise and evaluate the program's efficiency and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage the program budget and ensure all expenditures align with the approved budget and stakeholder expectations.


You will bring
Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful early career or graduate rotation programs.
Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, handle timelines, and work within a budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, being able to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions.
Knowledge of standard methodologies in talent management and development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
