Leveraging on our leadership and unrivaled experience in mobile systems, Ericsson is the leading developer of LTE technology. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the development of the latest mobile system technology and to build knowledge at the leading edge of the future of mobile technology, LTE-advanced and 5G.

At PDU LMR (LTE and Mutli-standard Radio), Requirement Area Service and Mobility (RA SAM) we develop features that are an essential component of the LTE product. The RA has a broad product responsibility and high demands on quality factors and performance. We are looking for candidates who are interested in and willing to take on roles where personal skills, initiative and energy will be put to the test at all times.

As an R&D Graduate in RA SAM you should have a genuine interest in developing software in a state-of-the art environment. Your ability to swiftly understand complex situations and find solutions together with your leadership skills and a personal interest in getting things done fast and with quality, make you the natural leader. All of the work is performed through interaction with others, in teams or virtual groups. You will be working in an international environment so good social and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

To join the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program you require:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in ICT
• A high motivation and interest in working in the ICT area
• An interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language
• The ability to quickly adopt and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development.

Technical qualifications:

• Genuine interest in software development and design
• Proven skills in Object Oriented programming, preferably C++.
