The PIDS functional unit within Development Unit Core Networks (DUCN) is a global organization that is responsible for Product Introduction, Deployment and Support and is in charge of setting the framework and strategies across all products and facilitate best practice exchange to achieve operational excellence across DUCN backend operations.
As a System engineer, you will work together with teams to develop and implement deployment-, maintenance- and support operations and strategies, i.e. take part in introducing new products and solutions on the market. The System engineer is responsible to defining processes and methods for smooth deployment of products and solutions in virtualized environments.

Qualifications
To join the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program you require:
• A Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 0-2 years experience in ICT
• A high motivation and interest in working in the ICT area
• An interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box"
• Self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability and an interest and potential in leading other people
• A global attitude, willingness to relocate internationally
• The desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• The ability to quickly adopt and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other language.
Core Competences:
• System and architecture knowledge of telecommunication and or data communications networks
• Solution development, solution integration and solution support
• Problem solving and strategic thinking
• Risk Analysis and management
• Administrative, planning and organization skills.
We are looking for a System engineer with focus on Product introduction and Deployment. You are service minded and you keep the customer's best interest in mind. You enjoy working in a group and you have the ambition to grow in a skilled team. It is beneficial if you have knowledge and experience from agile and lean working methods.
