In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Play a pivotal role in governing and directing the bank's end-to-end insurance back-end solutions, ensuring they effectively address both internal and external business needs.

• Work alongside Business Process Owners, steering the direction of 'how' and 'when' new or evolving requirements are brought to production.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all changes related to Swedbank's outsourcing partner FNZ, Swedbank Insurance, and its Lumera system, and other bank-integrated teams within your E2E solution area "Insurance". Ensure that every change is promptly and accurately implemented, in accordance with the bank's governance processes.

• Manage continuous improvements within the solution's entirety, from regular maintenance and issue resolution to overall enhancement and support.

• Continuously adapt and evolve to the ever-changing landscape of the insurance industry, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.

• Make a real impact by having a direct and tangible influence on the bank's direction, ensuring our IT solutions within Insurance are robust, efficient, and in line with the highest standards of excellence.

• Work with a fantastic, knowledgeable team and learn new things every day!

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (or a compelling reason for not having one).

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working with IT within the financial sector (business analyst, architect, product owner, or similar).

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Swedish and English (written and oral).

• Curiosity and willingness to find solutions to challenging topics.

• A well-structured approach and full ownership of your End-to-End processes from an IT perspective, including coordination with process owners and business - ensuring the E2E processes support the customer journeys.

• Business knowledge in the Savings area, particularly in Life Insurance and Pension, is an advantage.

• Experience with integration towards the Lumera system is a significant advantage.

• Experience in large-scale transformation is a plus.
