Scania is developing our capabilities to meet the customers' demands of new technologies. The sales of electric vehicles is bundled with services, finance solutions, infrastructure and partnerships.
In the journey to become a Total Solution Provider of E-mobility Solutions we are constantly learning by doing. By finding out how to offer complete solutions in the ramp up of E-mobility sales we are also learning from the implementation.
Your tasks
You ensure the implementation of E-mobility solutions together with Scania Business Units. When a tender or quotation has been awarded to Scania, you support in the transition from an offer or order to the actual set up of a running business operation.
You are a part of the Tender Team for E-mobility. In close cooperation with colleagues and Scania Business Units you act as the project leader to coordinate activities cross functionally with stakeholders (internal and external) making sure the delivery deadlines are secured.
Your profile
We are looking for a person that have a strong result oriented mindset. You are consistently taking the lead of a project by knowing its deadlines, critical steps, constant follow up of the tasks and take proactive actions to make sure the deadlines are met.
You must be on the driver's seat, hands on thinking and also a team player by appointing responsibilities to your colleagues and making sure they understand the context of a task and steers the group towards reaching the targets.
You have a commercial understanding, a passion for understanding our customers business, resilient, enjoy working in a diverse and inclusive environment and are proactive on communicating results to various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
As a person, we believe you are driven, structured, goal oriented and enjoy continuously delivering results according to its expectations. You also enjoy travelling (visiting customers and other stakeholders) to understand its business and work with a flexible schedule making sure that the customer deadlines are met.
You have a commercial or technical university degree. Experience on project implementation and execution within the transport industry is meriting. Knowledge about the bus/people mobility area is meriting. You master English, additional language is meriting.
