Within Sales and Marketing, we created a new function to increase our speed and focus on the e-mobility value stream. We are aiming for a value stream with an entrepreneurial "company mindset" with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-mobility business.
We are creating an empowered organization that will function as the backbone of the e-mobility value stream. It is characterized by speed and flexibility, customer collaboration with a probing mindset, and a focus on developing solutions and creating engagement for the people working in the value stream. We believe that these are the main abilities needed to lead in this new increasingly complex environment. And lead is what we intend to do.
We, at the "eStrategy & Portfolio Management" team, are the strategic leader for e-mobility solutions at Scania. Our diverse team guide and challenge the e-mobility and Scania organization to take the right decisions toward a sustainable future.
We are now looking for a Business Developer to strengthen our team and become part of this exciting journey.
What kind of work could you do in this position:
• Take deep dives into selected e-mobility strategy areas: Collect, analyze and evaluate to drive the organization to take the right decisions
• Collaborate with and support the experts in our team and support them in various exciting assignments, but you will also drive your own projects
• Drive a sharp information and decision process throughout the e-mobility governance and manage the top management forum to steer the e-mobility business within Scania
• Develop & support professional management presentations, to ensure we get the decisions needed
• Take responsibility for the Scania e-mobility newsletter. This is a valuable engagement & information tool to reach, inform and motivate the whole organization
