Our science-based targets require an accelerated roll-out of electric vehicles. The E-mobility Analytics team is developing new capabilities to advance EV sales. Our team acts as Scania's customer solution advisory, creating a benchmark in the industry and leveraging connected vehicle data to aid customers in going electric. To be successful, we believe in close cooperation with our clients and cross-functional collaboration within Scania.

Work description

In this position, you will play a key role in developing the centre of excellence for electric vehicle solutions. You will work closely with our customers and Scania Business Units to assess operational data and provide insights on EVs and battery performance including charging requirements. Versatility is a core quality of this role; from high-level presentations for customers, to prototyping new tools and methods.

Tasks include

• Evaluate our customer's current and future operations to provide insights and guidance on how to best transition to electric solutions.
• Dig into different sources of data and build compelling reports summarizing the best path to help our customers navigate their electrification journey.
• Act as an expert user and provide input to development teams, identify flaws and define the necessary improvements for future EV sales tools.

Your profile

We are looking for a curious self-starter with a relevant academic background, who likes to work with both technology and business development close to customers in a high-paced environment. You value teamwork, have an open mind and enjoy building things in a context where the road forward is not always clear.

Knowledge in any of the following areas is meriting but not a requirement:

• Electric vehicles, batteries or charging.
• Visual storytelling and effective presentations.
• Data analysis, coding or work-automation skills.

Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are important for this role, English with high proficiency is necessary since presentations to customers are a key part of our work.
