About the role
In a time when customers want to have trainings on demand, we go from more classroom led trainings to e-learnings that can be taken when it is convenient for each customer. We want to elevate our offered pedagogy in a customer-friendly, easy-to-use bank of courses. We want our e-learnings to be enabling our customers easily, and to reflect what is expected from technical trainings tool today.
What you will do
As a Senior E-learning Training Specialist, you will play an important role in the development of our e-learnings, creation, maintenance, and update, as well as in expanding our portfolio and working with technical enablement.
You will also play an important role in establishing and maintaining work relationships with other departments, for instance, Customer Success Group teams. As you are experienced in e-learning you will contribute to the development of our learning platform and suggest enhancements and improvements. Together with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) you will develop our training and contribute to new ones.
You will report to Hanna Jonsson, our Academy Director, based in Stockholm.
You may be required to travel to company events, customer training and other exceptional occurrences.
Requirements
• Experience of E-learning creation, maintenance, and update
• Voice over
• Video and sound editing
• Experience in different e-learning creation software, e.g. Camtasia
• Experience in different LMS
• Project management skills
• High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office products
• Salesforce experience
• Customer-oriented focus and ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English,
Who you are
You are a strong communicator who also is comfortable mentoring and coaching junior training specialists. Besides, you are customer oriented with a sound ability to listen to the customers' wishes and concerns and come up with recommendations and solutions that would work both for the customer and Tacton.
Working with technical enablement of our Tacton products requires strong project management and leadership skills, to be able to coordinate the different initiatives needed and make sure that everything is done in time.
You have a growth mindset and are interested in cross-functional collaboration. Supporting each other is important for your team. You value transparency and honesty. Being at ease with influential communication up to executive level, international teams and multiple cultures is in your nature.
