History
Nudie Jeans is a denim brand founded in Gothenburg in 2001 by Maria Erixon Levin. With wear, tear, and repair-way of thinking rather than fast fashion, the Swedish denim company provides and maintains a tradition true to the fabric's history and characteristics. Nudie Jeans Co is sold in over 50 countries, in Nudie Jeans Re-pair Shops, online, and at third-party resellers. The company is privately owned and the headquarter is situated in the hometown of Gothenburg.
The Role:
As an E-commerce Shop Manager, you are a part of the Commerce team and have a central and important role at Nudie Jeans. This is a full-time temporary position for 12 months starting May 2021. You have responsibility for developing and growing Nudie Jean's e-commerce as a sales platform. You will be responsible for analyzing and implementing projects that will optimize the website performance and customer experience from both a technical and commercial perspective.
The role requires a technical mindset with a strong commercial understanding in order to oversee the strategic development of the website and coming omnichannel functionality.
The position has several touchpoints in the organization and works in close collaborations with other business areas and stakeholder departments. You will directly report to E-commerce & Retail director.
Main tasks, but not limited to:
• Analyze and identify new opportunities to optimize site and omnichannel performance.
• Responsible for daily and seasonal maintenance for a smooth user experience according to our standards.
• Manage new releases, testing, reporting, and handling of bug fixes.
• Responsible for planning, leading, and executing our sales campaigns.
• Manage the development road map for the e-commerce channel by working with brand stakeholders balancing commercial and user experience.
• Planning and coordinating of stock and assortment.
• Manage the e-commerce budget, sales & planning.
• Frequently sales analysis and take-actions.
• Identify profitable revenue avenues.
Essential Experiences and Qualifications:
• Relevant experience working in e-commerce, ideally 3-5 years.
• Technical-minded with a strong interest in digital technology and e-commerce trends.
• Well-structured and detail-oriented.
• High personal drive and an action-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written in English and Swedish.
• Experience in Centra, M3, and CMS-tools (preferably Nimda) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
