About us
Husqvarna Construction Sales & Services EMAL (Europe, Middle-East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America) is facing new exciting opportunities and challenges the coming years. In order to meet customers' needs and exceed their expectation we seek an experienced and innovative E-commerce Sales Channel Manager who will be responsible for developing and establishing an e-commerce sales channel strategy.
In this role you will belong to a newly formed and cross functional department which works internationally with business development for the Husqvarna Construction EMAL Sales & Services function. The department consists of four, self-going team players with strong drive having different roles within business development and strategic customers and distributors way of working.
About the job
As an E-commerce Sales Channel Manager you will have close collaboration with the marketing department and internal stakeholders as well as with the local sale organizations, in order to define our e-commerce strategy and lead the implementation within the different regions. Your responsibility will be to understand our different sales channels and customer groups in order to define how to best integrate the e-commerce channel offering our customers the possibility to meet them in their channel of choice. The E-commerce sales channel (B2B, B2C, B2B2C) will be part of a multichannel go to market strategy and will aim to increase sales while maximizing margin. Your role as an E-commerce Sales Channel Manager will be to balance driving sales and profitability and meet customers needs and deliver a seamless and consistent online sales experience.
Other tasks include
Define and follow up revenue and profit KPI's, define corrective actions when needed
Cooperate with the other functions in defining the back-end requirements
Continually follow up, and contribute to improve the e-commerce operations and its success to drive and increase sales
Support the regions in designing a price structure aligned to the different channels but also cross-border trade
Support the regions in sharing proving sales promotions, cross selling campaigns to increase traffic and conversion
Support the development of strategies to increase traffic to the website, such as utilizing social media channels, search engine optimization and blogging

In this role you will report to Business Development Director.
This position includes flexible relation to traveling Globally according to what the position requires. At times this can more intense. Most travels will be to some or all of our eight different sales regions.
Your profile

You understand the whole value chain and have an holistic perspective when developing and implementing strategies. You are capable of interacting with multiple levels within the organization. You bring project leadership experience involving multiple teams and external organizations. Moreover, we believe you are comfortable to challenge peoples mindsets in order to meet set goals driving sales and profitability.
Required skills
Minimum a Bachelor (or master degree) in business/marketing or equivalent
A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in e-commerce development/strategy/online sales
Great understanding of different e-commerce platforms for B2B/B2/B2B2C and online.
Solid knowledge of the digital eco-system
Channel Management strategy
Fluent English both orally and in writing

Good to have
Experience in retail conversion techniques
Skills in marketing consumer behavior
Experience of working cross functional
Industry knowledge

As this is a new strategically important role in Sales & Service EMAL your work will have great impact in shaping the future of Husqvarna Construction. Your personality in combination with relevant experience, and a passion of working with E-commerce is of importance in this role.
The position is located in Jonsered, just outside Gothenburg. Location could potentially be discussed.
