Apsis is a customer centric and very successful brand within email marketing, marketing automation and leads generation. We have currently released our e-commerce platform and have high expectation for this product segment. We are really proud of this new product and are in need of someone to inspire in the way ahead. This is a key position in a fast paced, growth-focused company that uses the latest technology to achieve ?Best in class customer experience?.

The role:

The position is based in our ?Commercial Product Team? - an entrepreneurial team existing of passionate product owners, UX/UI specialists and specification professionals. Your main responsibilities will be to inspire/preach our E-com solution to internal and external stakeholders and to help us develop our E-com strategy/roadmap.
Your vast knowledge of E-com solutions and how they can contribute to customer success will be extremely useful for our many loyal customers and us as a company.

Responsibility:

• Inspire and educate in how E-com functionality to contribute to our customers success
• Be a passionate and inspiring speaker at internal/external events
• Be updated on where the E-com market is heading
• Give our product owners valuable insights in how to develop the E-com strategy/roadmap
• Help our customers with strategic advice in implementing our E-com solution

Skills and passion:

We like to attract people who always want to improve their skills their knowledge and ultimately our products and the overall customer experience. You would have to handle complex issues and feel comfortable in an environment in constant evolution. You should love to share ideas and continuously challenge yourself and your colleagues to move forward. In order to preform well in this position we expect you to have several years experience from working with E-com solutions and strategies.

Place of work:

This position is placed at our HQ in central Malmö, Sweden just next to the Malmo Central Station.
