E-commerce performance marketing analyst

We have set the vision towards Epiroc group digital sales solution and now we are building the marketing team to deliver on customer experience through innovations and entrepreneurship.

As a member of a new team, you will have the opportunity to impact, lead and drive different initiatives connected to e-commerce and marketing globally. We are looking for an individual that will convert data into business insights, actionable recommendations, and strategies. Someone who is able to build best in class customer experience and drive online performance through marketing analytics.

Your mission
Leverage first/third-party data to identify trends and find opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and experience with e-commerce globally.

Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources into actionable insights and proposals to drive traffic, sales, profitability and online customer experience.

Design and build a testing roadmap with qualitative and quantitative experiments, KPIs to assess marketing campaigns performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow-up the implementation of marketing campaigns and tactics.

Manage a comprehensive 'testing hub' - including but not limited to a test tracker, reporting dashboards, and process documentation.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our retailer guidelines, content requirements, testing capabilities, as well as brand boundaries and develop a deep knowledge of our product lines.

Identify markets segments and target audiences to support the e-commerce marketing team in activations deployment.

Your profile
You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Experience in an international environment, with analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and recommendations.

3+ years working experience in a business analyst, eCommerce strategy, marketing analytics, performance marketing roles or similar.

Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) - advanced Excel skills required.

Experience working with Google Suite (GA, Trends, Data Studio, etc.), SSRS, PowerBi, SQL, Stackline, Tableau, or similar tools/platforms.

Understanding and experience with A/B testing - UI/UX and/or e-commerce technology, preference with Magento, Sitecore Commerce, Adobe, IBM, Oracle etc.

You have a passion for exciting customers, driving sales and to inspire individuals and teams.

We see you as a business minded person with technical experience. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential.

Results-oriented and analytical. Self-motivated and independent. Structured and disciplined. Creative with ability to think outside the box. Very good communication and motivational skills.

To be successful in this role, you must achieve results through good cooperation with others. A structured way of working is vital. A strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment. A proven track record of executing according to defined strategy and follow-up.

Location and travel
Location is depending on the candidate, preferably Sweden, Europe or US. Occasional international travelling.
