Job Description
As E-commerce Operations Developer you are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Operations department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, defining KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department implement, follow up and maximise the efficiency and customer experience and are also working with the tactical development of Lindex store portfolio and sales operations.
You are responsible for the digital operational concept development to maximize sales, defind KPI's and profitability. You are also responsible for the implementation of new features and working methods for all digital channels.
Other examples of tasks combined in the position could be:
Lead the development and implementation of efficient digital operational concept for optimized way of working and maximized effect
Communication and coordination of operational requirements and needs from Global sales organisation to relevant stakeholders and for information regarding development and changes to sales channels when needed
Optimization and implementation of online payment, delivery methods or other similar offers in all digital channels
Business owner of identified digital sales and e-commerce related systems and processes such as CMS, App, E-commerce and Product enrichment process
Are you the one we are looking for?
Academic degree within business administration, IT or similar
Experience from working with sales and retail in an omni-channel organisation in an international environment
Experience from working with digital sales on a global level and as the link between development and the operation
Experience from working in a complex digital echosystem and with agile development methods
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
