Digital Merchandiser/ E-commerce/ Online Visual Merchandiser to AB Lindex

Job Description
You will be a part of our Digital Sales Department, working globally with our all our markets. In your team you will be six persons with different positions, with the common goal to optimize the costumer experience to reach set sales goals. As a Digital Merchandiser your main responsibility is to maximize the sales and profitability by presenting the most commercial and inspiring digital experience for our customers. Your responsibility is also to increase the conversion on Lindex.com, by improving product findability. Data drives your actions and how you prioritize in your role.
Examples of your working tasks: optimize the assortment presentation, communication and activities identified to maximize sales and profitability. Analyze and take actions to increase sales, optimize the stock level by analyzing outcome and suggest actions for reductions and activation of stock.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Working experience from a position in e-commerce sales and retail, where you have developed business analytics skills
• Working experience from e-commerce related systems such as CMS, PIM, GA and/or TMS
• Basic skills in digital communication, content marketing and SEO
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics, very good skills in Excel
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: academic degree in business or economics, working experience from an international environment
To succeed in this role you have a strong passion for e-commerce, you are driven by numbers and to see the effect on actions taken. You have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. You are comfortable in a coordinating position and since you will be working in close collaboration with other departments we think that it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded.
