hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Arken Zoo Holding AB i Ospecificerad arbetsort As an E-commerce Manager you have overall responsibility for online sales, online assortment, customer service, b2c logistics and the digital presence for the brands Arken Zoo and DjurMagazinet. You ensure e-commerce platform performance and drive improvements together with external developers. You develop, maintain and improve online assortment and availability. You have local responsibility for all online activities driving traffic and conversion in Sweden such as SEM and SEO. You also have overall responsibility for Arken Zoo online content and you monitor and analyze online user's behavior. As an E-commerce Manager you drive Arken Zoo's Omni channel strategy and optimize cooperation between physical stores and web store. You monitor competitor activity and identify best practices on local market. In this position you lead a team of three and together with your team you execute group marketing plan and campaigns on local level.

In all our locations, we often have dogs in the office, so the work is not suitable for person who is allergic to pets. You can either be located in Finland or in Sweden.
We expect that you have a comprehensive understanding and strong experience from E-commerce and web stores and have at least 3 years' experience on similar tasks. Preferably you have experience in people management and good track records on your leadership skills. We expect you to have experience how to operate and develop marketing based on analytics. Knowledge of marketing communication and advertising in retail business is advantage. You have excellent communication skills, and strong ability to motivate others, drive for results and strong execution approach. For you to succeed, you need to have fluent Swedish and English, both in writing and in spoken languages.
