hela Sverige Benify is looking for a commercially minded and ambitious E-commerce Manager to take the lead in our benifyDeals product. benifyDeals is our marketplace of exclusive deals and discounts for the employees of Benify's clients. You will act as a technical product owner internally, manage commercial campaigns over several markets and lead development projects. You will join our Stockholm office and work with the Swedish product, but also have a chance to drive international projects, especially within the Nordics.

As E-commerce Manager, benifyDeals you will
Optimize benifyDeals as a product looking at user journeys, customer experience patterns, optimize conversion and improve engagement. You will be the technical product owner and work closely with our Business Manager to reach budget goals and increase traffic to and within the product. You will get a chance to work with world-leading brands and an attractive target group across several markets.
Areas of responsibility
• Technical product ownership and stakeholder management internally and externally in product related questions.
• Development of the current product by optimizing traffic and conversions.
• Analytics on user behaviour and engagement within the platform.
• Improvement of content and consultation of advertisers on content quality.
• Participation in the creation of our international campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas calendar etc.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate has a couple of years of experience either from e-commerce or website building. You are drawn to all things digital and commercial. Preferably you have some basic technical knowledge and a University education (or equivalent). For us finding the right person for the job is always more important than the right type of CV. You should be fluent in Swedish and English.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written to be able to influence key decision makers both internally and externally
• Technical know-how of e-commerce platforms and programming basics.
• An entrepreneurial working style with an ability to adapt to new information and a can-do attitude
• Creativity and a commercial mindset that will enable you to optimize the product to produce maximum engagement among the users.
