This role is an exciting challenge and an important part of PMI 's new set-up for its digital marketing department. PMI is a pioneer within the industry with muscles and knowledge to make a real difference. Through this role as E-commerce executive, you work closely with continuous improvements and onsite testing, with all product categories to initiate and drive product information, engagement, and sales. This is a vital role for the company 's digital delivery, and you will be handling the digital activities of IQOS. PMI is in an exhilarating phase of development and growth with great opportunities to influence the future of many people with its unique market situation.
As an E-commerce Executive, you are responsible for leading managing and planning resources for the e-commerce channel and all the respective digital initiatives. You turn feedback and complaints into positive innovative actions.

Your 'day to day'
You will report to the e-Commerce Lead and take the lead on all e-commerce actions and details, creating new ways of working, with efficiency in mind. You work closely together with your colleagues; both within your team but also internally with other teams such as the digital activation team, the Marketing Branded Communication Team, the Consumer Experience Teams and more. Together, you have an enormous development potential in finding ways to simplify and creating the next level of efficiency.
You engage and work towards set goals and lay the foundation for future sales work.
Your duties include:
• Drive traffic to e-commerce (via SEO)
• Define strategies in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, retention, conversion, A/B testing and reporting of the e-Commerce Channel
• Complete brand campaigns in e-commerce
• Contribute to developing the annual Marketing & Promotion plan in collaboration with the Marketing Department
• Contribute to the improvement of our digital marketing strategy
• Handle the relevant budget in order to deliver growth
• Co-create the strategy to expand and setup online presence to affiliated e-retailers
• Monitor and analyze KPI 's for operations, sales and marketing effectiveness of the online store
• Analyze key e-Commerce drivers, evaluation of promotion effectiveness and definition of best-in-class e-merchandising practices
• Support formulating new digital content in the online store, based on consumers ' needs

Who we're looking for:
You are a social person with both a structured and creative mindset. You think and act fast, see the details and has the ability to adapt right away. You see opportunities, needs and errors before most people. You are a doer, and you make things happen. You view action set on targets from a strategic angle and are usually 3 steps ahead. People put their trust in you and like your open-minded approach with a team player attitude.
Furthermore, you have a positive and pragmatic way. You take part in operations and cooperate with colleagues at all levels and have excellent presentation skills including the ability to prepare clear and simple communications.

We would also need you to have:
• At least 3 years of practical successful experience in digital marketing and e-commerce roles
• University degree in a relevant field (digital, business management, IT)
• Proficient in SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, digital analytics and reporting platforms
• Driven personality, curious, keeping up-to date with digital innovative practices & strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Project Management experience is critical, ideally in e-Commerce activities
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. prestashop, shopify, woocommerce) is a strong plus
• HTML basic knowledge (more proficient knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office package
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement for the role.
