The D2C Category Coordinator is a key role in ensuring product availability, correct pricing, clearly set up promotions, sorting and master data management of the category in question, and supporting UX-related projects. You work under the Digital Commerce Manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Update product listing, out-of-stock products
• Review pricing and promotions
• Input sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
• Evaluate campaigns and promotions
• Process and system enhancements related to eCommerce platform, specifically regarding pricing, promotions and logistics
JOB SCOPE
• Update product and pricing for both runrate sales and campaigns
• Support and follow-up with customer support in logistics and order management
• Report on marketing and sales activities on weekly and monthly basis
• Update product listing and product recommendations
• Collaborate with division supply chain coordinators regarding deliveries and forecasting
• Support in tasks related to campaign setups and coordination
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• B Sc in finance, marketing, logistics or other relevant education
• 2-3 years experience of sales coordination, pricing, logistics and/or analysis
• Full proficiency in MS Office in general, and MS Excel in particular
• Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
• Experience from eCommerce and working in an international organization is a plus
• Experience from working in Hybris and/or SAP is a plus
