We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting as soon as possible with a great possibility for an extension.
Job Description: The D2C Category Coordinator is a key role in ensuring product availability, correct pricing, clearly set up promotions, sorting and master data management of the category in questions, and supporting UX-related projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Update product listing, out-of-stock products.
Review pricing and promotions.
Input sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels.
Evaluate campaigns and promotions.
Process and system enhancements related to e-commerce platform, specifically regarding pricing, promotions and logistics.
Job Scope:
Update product and pricing for both runrate sales and campaigns.
Support and follow-up with customers support in logistics and order management.
Report on marketing and sales activities on weekly and monthly basis.
Update product listing and product recommendations.
Collaborate with division supply chain coordinators regarding deliveries and forecasting.
Support in tasks related to campaign setups and coordination.
Required Qualifications & Experience: BSc in finance, marketing, logistics or other relevant education
2-3 years experience of sales coordination, pricing, logistics and/or analysis
Full proficiency in MS Office in general, and MS Excel in particular
Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
Experience from E-commerce and working in an international organization is a plus
Experience from working in Hybris and/or SAP is a plus
Skills & Attributes: Structured

Good in taking care of own tasks and solving problems single handedly
