SW is assisting LensOn in recruiting an E-commerce Business Analyst for an exciting key role to join their Marketing team. You will be part of a competent and engaged team in an environment characterized by LensOns values Commitment, Clarity, Customer Friendliness, Happiness and Humanity. LensOn are located in a modern office in central Stockholm, with approximately 50 employees. This role will report in to our Head of Sales and Marketing with dotted line to our future Head of Analytics on Group level.

Together with Head of Sales and Marketing you will develop the report structure for sales and margin performance by market. Other working tasks include supporting the sales team in the weekly sales, forecasting for all markets and to develop the sales forecasting report and tool set.

As a key role at LensOn you will analyze data into specific KPI's to understand the underlying influencers and root cause and/or potential changes over time. You will partner with senior management in pricing strategy as well as in cooperation with Campaign Manager calculate the optimal campaign prices. LensOn welcomes you into an exciting role in a dynamic company where you get the chance to interact with several divisions including CEO which means you have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop the cross-functional holistic view for cost of acquisition and customer LTV through major purchase patterns Together with sales channel owners set a report structure based on the relevant KPI's that is easy to update and follow on daily/weekly basis Together with the CRM team set a report structure for CRM related KPI's such as churn, reactivation, rebuys, starters, retention Through analyzing customer data support the CRM team in identifying cohorts of customers for specific marketing approaches Support the CRM work in projecting life time value, migrations or other value based behaviors Engage in campaign analysis and promotional development. Analyze price elasticity and optimized margins. Document research via internal white papers and provide strategic recommendations. Validating the correctness and accuracy of internal and external report data.
Experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Maths, Statistics or Marketing and 2-4 years of analytical or technical experience in a related field is required, ideally in fast paced Ecommerce environment. Your background shows experience with high level statistical analysis: understand when results are statistically significant and should be used to drive business decisions as well as experience in forecasting in sales and margin. You have strong Excel skills and experience from working with with Advanced SQL. Experience from Google Analytic/Universal or similar tools is a strong plus. You demonstrate problem solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences from data. You have the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and strong attention to details. 

As a person you are a high energy, driven self-starter able to work without constant direction. Being naturally inquisitive by looking for key findings without being prompted to do so is essential to success in this role. You are organized, technically-minded and an excellent communicator as you are expected to transform complicated charts of sales and business data into valuable information. The position requires ability to respond to last minute requests and adapt to changes in business trends.
