As part of our E-commerce team, you will have the customer at center, upgrading the customer experience and taking it to the next level. Job Description
The e-commerce teams contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and maximized profitable selling by ensuring customer experience and day to day operation for e-commerce in the market. The teams is responsible to drive omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of daily business by executing the best omni customer offer for our customers. Together with the rest of the sales team they will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity.
On this journey we 're all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an Business Analyst you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Key responsibilities include:
Maximizing OMNI profitable net sales, customer base, customer experience and day-to-day sales operations in your e-com markets.
Planning, forecasting and following up on selling in sales market together with commercial leads and sales market management.
Being the key analyst in the team driving insights and connecting customer, sales, web analytics and logistics-data to optimize decisions.
Assortment and stock management. Planning, managing and following up sales, stock and reduction levels in your e-com markets together with the commercial leads.
Providing input to regional team for your market about e-com, traffic, targets, customer needs and shopping behavior.

Besides your personality we see that:
ou have a University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
2+ years of E-commerce experience is a merit as well as experience within fast-moving consumer goods
it 's meriting with competence within omni ways of working
you have strong analytical skills and the ability to transfer complex analysis into easily actionable insights
you have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken
you have very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional information
This is a full-time permanent position preferably starting as soon as possible, located at the H&M Support Office in central Stockholm.
