Your sweet spot
If you are passionate about e-commerce in a rapidly growing startup company look no further! We are currently looking for an E-commerce / Site Performance Manager to help Kavall reach new heights! You will have a key role in understanding and analysing customer behavior from our app. From this you will suggest improvements and efficiency strategies in order to enhance different metrics.
Some of the things you'll handle
Analyse customer behaviour
Understand and suggest strategies to improve UX, conversion funnel and basket size.
Manage content and merchandising to an extent in close collaboration with other departments such as the marketing team.
Maintain and enhance optimisation to increase app engagement and order value.
Use A/B testing continuously to gain more insight into customer experience and further suggest improvement strategies for different metrics.
Use analytical reasoning, data analysis and problem solving skills to always improve customer experience and increase customer engagement.
We believe that you
Have a relevant educational background in e-commerce management, business intelligence e.t.c.
Previous experience with managing and improving e-commerce performance
Previous experience and ability to use SQL to retrieve and analyse data independently.
It is a huge bonus if you have a track record of optimising e-commerce sales!
Strong attention to detail when analysing behaviour and setting up strategies.
Great collaboration skills with counterparts internally and externally.
Expertise using Excel spreadsheets, Word and other analytical tools.
