Overview
As E-commerce Business Manager you will initially be responsible for the development and roll-out of a global site. The job will transform you into our e-com evangelist being on top of our e-com strategy, tactics and technology. All in order to drive our sales and build our brand together with the Sales and Marketing departments.
Responsibilities
Build up and manage the e-commerce team and our relation with solution partners.
Liaising with Sales and Product departments to source offers and promotions.
Working with Marketing team to ensure that web content is consistent with brand values and marketing plans.
E-commerce strategy.
Site delivery and maintenance.
Accountabilities and performance measures
Customer acquisition.
Conversion rate.
Customer retention.
ROI.
Organizational alignment
You report to the Director of Sales.
You work with all parts of the organization to facilitate creation and management of the e-commerce platform.
Main interfaces are Sales department, Marketing department, Product department and Operations.
Qualifications
University degree, preferably within Business administration and Information Technology.
At least three years' experience from Managing an e-commerce solution.
Excellent knowledge in web usability and best practices.
Prior knowledge of building and rolling out a global e-commerce site is a strong advantage.
Experience in Intershop and or Sitecore e-commerce platforms are a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
Knowledge of SEO and CRM is an advantage.
Fluent in English, Swedish is a merit.
