Responsibilities
Procurement in Sweden is going through a transition where a new, centralized and more efficient organization is created in E.ON Sverige AB. The department "Heat and Gas" is responsible for the sourcing activities connected to the business units within EON Värme and EON Gas, sorting in Regional unit E.ON Sverige.
As Regional Category Manager Process equipment - Heat you are responsible for leading the Category within the new procurement TOM including functional steering of the Category staff and resource planning. You are responsible for Category spend, Category management and follow up. Process equipment for the BU Heat is the main category responsibility, while other sub-categories or procurement groups could be included in the responsibilities. The Category Manager acts as business partner to BU:s with spend related to the Category. You will be driving a value adding procurement by collaboration with all stakeholders which is key for successful and trustful understanding of the business needs and transforming it into procurement objectives. This includes being Procurement's representative in decision forums within the area of responsibility and running procurement and category management strategy and identifying business requirements, target setting, overall project planning and follow up. Together with the business you should secure a process to optimize the lifecycle profit for the business by reducing cost as well as improve revenues when applicable. Together with a team of professional Buyers and Engineers you will secure utilization of global and regional contracts and develop sourcing strategies to identify and realize cost reduction and profit optimization potentials. Your own engagement and handling of tactical as well as daily-operational tasks is a base for a professional procurement. You will report to the Procurement Manager Heat and Gas, Regional unit Sweden. This role is based in Norrköping or Malmö with extensive travelling in Sweden.
Qualifications
• Documented experience in leading and developing procurement activities within the Heat/Gas business
• Extensive sourcing experience, technical understanding and broad experience in large projects within the above area of responsibility
• Experience of Procurement Category management is a major advantage
• Knowledge and technical experience of Heat plant process equipment are highly valued
• Relevant supplier market knowledge
• Good negotiation skills and conflict handling
• Extensive experience in writing and negotiation complex agreements
• Strong customer focus, performance orientation and business acumen
• Great ability to influence others with strong personal impact
• Good leadership skills and experience in Change Management.
• Documented experience in driving and developing procurement activities and plans within operations in a collaborative mode
• Experience from external business such as sales /manufacturing is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regionally as well as internationally and availability for international project work
• University Studies of Business Administration or Technology or equivalent skills by experience (Master level)
• English skills on negotiation level
• Documented experience from Heat /Gas business in general and Process equipment is an advantage
• Extensive practical experience in construction law, as NL/NLM, AMA, ABT and AB
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Experience and good command in SAP-MM
