For this role we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for engineering the best vehicles in the world. You will be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company, leading the way in the hypercar business. You'll work alongside accomplished, world-renowned engineers on perhaps the most exciting automotive programs in existence today.
Responsibilities
- Capturing requirements and supporting design activities on electrical architecture of the battery
- Design, test and validation activities on power distribution unit
- Supporting module and battery level test and validation activities
- Organize and carry out tests to verify component function and requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge on behavior and safety aspects of li-ion batteries
- Fundamental knowledge on high voltage systems, preferably on li-ion batteries
- Knowledge of functions of li-ion battery packs / battery management systems
- Experience with battery management system hardware implementation
- Design experience on power distribution units: architecture, component sizing and selection, test and validation
- Hands-on experience with battery testing equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Meritorious Qualifications
- PCB design experience, preferably on Altium Designer
- Knowledge on battery state estimation algorithms (e.g., SoC, SoH, SoP)
- Experience on battery management system development
