The department for Business Applications within Sandvik Coromant IT develops and runs applications for Sandvik Coromant. Dynamics CRM are the new Global CRM system for Sandvik Coromant, it is a system at the beginning of its lifecycle with great potential to develop further in line with the demands of the business. We are now looking for a CRM Architect who wants to join us in this new role and add value to the business by developing this solution further. This position is preferably located in Sandviken, but for the right candidate this could be flexible for another Sandvik site in Sweden.
Key performance areas
As CRM Architect, you work hands-on and in close collaboration with the business, IT coordinators, system owners and solution architects within IT to design and develop the best solutions for our business, and deliver instructions to our implementation partner. In this role, you use your technical skills to perform feasibility analyses of business requirements, both from an implementation and maintenance point-of-view, and you translate these requirements into solutions that best leverage the Dynamic CRM system. This includes creating solution proposals with effort estimations, and performing demonstrations. Furthermore, you oversee development and ensure that quality requirements are met and, through dialogue with other system owners, you identify and apply the best solutions for system integration.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with an IT-degree and at least five years of experience as lead developer or solution architect for a larger system. You have either extensive knowledge and experience from working with CRM systems globally, or gained from several years of work experience within the field.Knowledge of the larger CRM systems implementations and especially Dynamics CRM, contact center and marketing automation solutions is also beneficial. As we operate in an international setting, you need excellent skills in English, both verbal and written, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
