hela Sverige We are in the start of implementing a new E-com solution integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) and now looking for an additional colleague to our team that will enable us to make this happen. You will join us on our fantastic journey from our modern office, located in the heart of Malmö.
From Shinkansen high speed railway in Japan, to Burj Khalifa in UAE, to NASAs space probe, to a Norwegian roller coaster to offshore wind turbines. Constant vibrations cause stress on the constructions which jeopardizes safety. Most don't devote a thought to bolts loosening - but we do. Every minute. Every hour. All day. All Year.
YOU WILL
The position is within our Business Systems Team which together with the organization manage, support, and evolve the use of D365 and now also to support the rollout of E-comm. You will support the roll out of our new E-comm solution that will be fully integrated with D365 FO, which is our strategically key business system. Our Marketing department are the project owner of the E-comm project, which you therefore will work closely together with. The focus will be the E-comm project, but we have a strong focus on making sure our cloud solutions are user-friendly and suitable for our business needs, therefore your role will also include daily tasks within IT departments system operations.
Some of your areas of responsibility:
• Support planning and participate in testing, both technical and flow tests
• Analysis of webstore logs and master data administration for webstore purposes
• Integrity checks on webshop and analysis of webstore performance to maximize the customer experience
• Management and configuration of D365 and attached services
• Modification and change management
• Issue and problem analysis of D365 and webstore
• Requirement management
YOU ARE
To be passionate about IT is important for us. A couple of years' experience working with or within IT is ideal. However, you do not necessarily have to come from an all-IT background, on the contrary, we believe you will be able to deliver great results in this role if you have experience from various fields of work.
Still, we believe that you possess the below skills and experience:
• Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Good knowledge of business processes in collaboration with D365
• Experience in E-comm solutions integrated with D365
• Experience in participating and organizing testing before Go live
• Experience of PIM/PLM solutions is an advantage
To be communicative, co-operative, and team-oriented are important traits since you will be sharing your knowledge and driving initiatives together with your IT colleagues. We also believe you to be self-going in setting structure and ways of working in order to be successful in improving and developing our systems. We cover each other well and are not afraid to work across borders when needed, so sharing knowledge and to be flexible is also valued.
