hela Sverige We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Administration Officer for our client. The Sales Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to spare part orders, from initial customer contact to coordinating transportation and follow-up.
As a key player in the organization, you will drive customer satisfaction and aim to increase service, performance, and quality. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be fluent in Dutch. Additionally, knowledge of logistics and IT is an advantage, but not required.
Responsibilities for the Sales Administration Officer role include:
Acting as the front-line operator for one or more languages, serving as the main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and inquiries
Responding to incoming orders and queries via phone and email, utilizing a network of colleagues and external partners for support
Executing order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools and systems
Following up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements
Ensuring transport to each customer is done at the right time and at the lowest cost
Working closely with European market companies and internal departments
Additionally, you will serve as the second-line operator in one or more of the following areas:
Issuing purchase orders and following up on deliveries from suppliers
Conducting preventive housekeeping of pending orders via our IT systems and reporting tools
Participating in Daily Management and other activities to constantly improve the operation
Driving and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS)
