Tasks and responsibilities:

You will work as 1st line support and assist our customers in solving technical problems and product-related questions mainly by phone, email, and ticketing system Zendesk. Leaddesk will provide you with a solid introduction and you will be introduced how to use all of the available tools.

In practice this means being the first point of contact with the customer, either by phone or by e-mail. Also documenting customer contact and any issues flagged in our ticketing system. You will be the direct link to other technical teams (development and operational teams). The level of working with a customer is a combination of sharing best practices and troubleshooting.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Speaking and writing fluently in both Dutch and English
• Interest in technology
• Working experience with some kind of customer service (advantageous)

As a person, we hope you are agile in your movements and have the hunger and willingness to develop further. You have an interest in solving problems and always try to find a smart solution based on the customer's needs. The company are pretty fast-paced and agile as well and every day is different - which is why they value creativity and the ability to adjust on the go. You show great interest in others and their perspective, is a good listener and good at remembering details and personal information about the others to memory.
