hela Sverige Merchant Support is part of our Service Center department, with the primary goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna's e-stores (merchants) using our payment services. Acting as a second line support you will provide our merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions mainly by email but also by phone. Your daily work will consist of handling cases regarding technical issues, payment related questions and providing our merchants with the information they need to operate with Klarna. We strive to give our merchants world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
