hela Sverige The Collection's primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of receivables. As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for new employees to complement our driven and open-minded team in Stockholm.
As a Collection Agent you will drive our collection by answering customer questions over phone, e-mail and other communication channels. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts. Furthermore, you will have contact with authorities, lawyers and e-stores. Working hours for this position are flexible and can be arranged to your preference between 08:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. However, we like to see you work a minimum of 4 hours a day and 12 hours a week.

At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our collection department.
You are an efficient, independent person with a customer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization. As you will talk a lot on the phone you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiative. You have strong communication skills and preferably knowledge in conflict handling. Ideally you have experience in customer support or debt collection. You speak fluent Dutch and English, additional language skills are a plus.
