The Collection Department's mission is to find the right solution together with the customer and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. We strive to find individual solutions together with each customer to pay off their invoices. As you will talk a lot on the phone, you need to have strong communication skills, be fast and secure in making the right decisions and not afraid to take own initiative.

You are an efficient, independent person with a customer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization. We place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department. As you will work towards the Dutch market we expect you to have great communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken. It's a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers.
