We are looking for a Dutch speaking administrator to be the customer contact person. Your main tasks are to recieve email and calls from customers with various issues, that you then register, and then assign to a technical employee for solution. You will also follow up to see that the issues have been solved to customer satisfaction.
Note: We also have another similiar ad out that is more technical, this role is more to the administrative/coordinative.
Must have:
1. You speak and write fluently Dutch and English
Good to have:
2. You have worked in a IT or network NOC/helpdesk/support organization before
3. You have some knowledge in programming, SQL, Windows, Unix, AIX, Oracle
4. You are good at coordinating
5. You are quick to learn
