Nordic Viewpoint, an independent research company based in Gothenburg and Stockholm, is currently seeking several recruiters for our exciting upcoming projects. We are specifically looking for individuals who are proficient in both spoken and written Dutch, as these surveys will be conducted throughout the Nordic region. This flexible work opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you have access to a computer, headset, and stable internet connection. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment, we have options available to suit your needs.
Our projects primarily take place during the day, making it an ideal fit for students, those in search of additional work, or individuals simply looking to explore something new and enjoyable. As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will involve making cold calls, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews for our market research projects via telephone. We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, goal-oriented, and responsible, with a genuine passion for engaging in phone conversations.
Working within a collaborative team environment, effective communication with project managers, colleagues, and external respondents is crucial. Therefore, we expect you to possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a professional approach in all internal and external interactions. Previous experience as a cold call telephone interviewer, or in roles such as reception or customer service, would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English.
Merit: Fluent in written and spoken Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish.
