The role
As a Customer Service Representative at Stronger, you are responsible for meeting our customers in all relevant channels with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience. You and your team will deliver personalized world-class service through expert product knowledge and a genuine passion for cultivating relationships.

You will be the voice of the customer within the company. This means that you always keep the customers' perspective top of mind to make a difference and improve the customers' overall experience.

Who you are
As a person, you like to take responsibility, work independently, and at the same time see the value of working together as a team. What we are looking for
• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• You like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Driven to work towards KPIs
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• A proactive and 'can do' approach
• Can work independently and within a team
• Play a key role in achieving service level targets in line with company policies and departmental ways of working
• Used to working with different digital systems
• Experience in Zendesk is meritorious
• Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.

Location
It's a full-time position that is located at our office in the central part of Stockholm. We work both at the office and remotely.

Start date
As soon as possible, but no later than mid-May.

When you apply for this role, you will be asked to complete a personality and logic test as part of the process.
