The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Durability Attribute Leader who will champion durability for our Energy Storage System. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that our ESS meets all necessary legal, internal, and customer requirements. You will drive the long-term roadmap for durability and initiate advanced engineering projects to ensure future durability performance. Evaluate the fulfillment of the durability requirements through simulations (CAE) and physical testing is part of the daily work as well as provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse team members. Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience in durability attribute leadership within the automotive or related industry, with a track record of promoting diversity and inclusivity.
In-depth knowledge of durability requirements, regulations, and testing methodologies, applying them in a manner that addresses the diverse needs and concerns of stakeholders.
Understanding of CAE tools and their application in durability simulations, using them to develop inclusive and comprehensive durability strategies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering durability requirements for complex systems while championing diversity and inclusivity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and heard.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, leveraging the unique strengths of each team member.
Fluent spoken and written English.
