hela Sverige We are currently seeking a new colleague to join us in the role as DTC eCommerce Technical Specialist. YOU WILL
Joining our Global Online Solutions team, you will play a crucial part in the effectiveness of our DTC operations by supporting our consumer service and finance teams with guidance, user support, troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution for DTC related matters. You will be the go-to expert and super user for our DTC setup on multiple markets and work in close collaboration in an agile and cross-functional environment. Together with the DTC Business Application Manager, you will also prioritize development efforts needed to ensure efficient DTC operations. Some of your other areas of responsibility:
Create a deep and thorough understanding of the technical setup, knowing the market specific DTC flows and the integrated services.
Be responsible for managing tickets in our product backlog, testing and quality assurance.
Be the implementation lead for improvements to our DTC setup
Work in close collaboration with our technical vendors and service providers
Continuously analyze usage and integration flows to provide suggestions for improvements
YOU ARE
We are looking for someone that takes pride in being on top and feel personally committed to delivering a great result. We value excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and your ability to build strong relationships with various teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Furthermore, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address issues is important. You are also self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
You should have a couple of years of relevant experience from a similar role, working with DTC-platforms, such as eCommerce or other systems and platforms with multiple integration points and dependencies. You also bring an understanding of the technical setup, integrations and flows, and a proven ability to deliver efficient technical support. We expect you to have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. Finally, you need to be fluent in English, spoken and written.
