In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Play a key role in the overall success of Group Risk key initiatives to drive value, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, You will proactively work with identifying and raising emerging risks and make sure we have the competence and preparedness to proactively act, report and mitigate any such risks. You will work as an independent resource within all areas of responsibilities in Group Risk and act as a trusted advisor
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field,
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge in- and and understandingof the fundamentals driving a bank
• A very good understanding of working with risk management and regulations
• Communication management skills with a collaborative mindset. Strong ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders
